{Recipes} Crock pot Pork Tenderloin

I mentioned this recipe awhile ago and had a couple people say they wanted me to share it. We had it again the other night and I remembered that I hadn't posted it here yet.

It's our favorite meal right now. We were having it every other week, but now it's almost a once a week thing. Both girls love it and always ask for seconds (Kase hasn't tried it yet and we're not forcing him). We always have leftovers too and it's almost better the next day! It's so tender and full of flavor. I will admit, the first time I made it, the smell of the onion soup mix turned me off. I didn't think I was going to like it at all, but I was wrong. It's so good and super easy!

Ingredients:
2 lbs. pork tenderloin
1 cup water
3/4 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 packet onion soup mix
3 tbsp. minced garlic
pepper

Directions:
1. Put tenderloin in crockpot.
2. Add water, broth, soy sauce
3. Sprinkle onion soup mix over tenderloin
4. Add minced garlic and pepper
5. Cook on low for 4 hours

I found this recipe on She's In Her Apron on YouTube. She said the original recipe called for red wine, but she substitutes with chicken broth and that's what I like too.

You definitely need to try this! I will share my crock pot cheesy potatoes soon too because they go perfectly with the pork tenderloin!

  1. Yum! Usually I just put onion soup mix in with my pork tenderloins, I'll have to try it with the other stuff!
