I love the smell of roses!

I'm not very good at blogging on the weekends.  Please forgive me.

I don't have a whole lot to write about tonight either, but I figured all my loyal readers (aka - my mom) will be really irritated if I go another night with no post :)

I had a busy weekend with a Thirty-One party Friday night, Tyler and I had a wedding last night and I had another Thirty-One party today.  My mom babysit last night so we could go to the wedding reception.  She had to get home early so we came home and enjoyed a big Badger victory.  And Tyler enjoyed his "Gin if we win!"

Wow, what a game!  We're going to the Rose Bowl baby!  Again!  Hopefully we can redeem ourselves from last year's game.

I don't have any good pictures of Kyla from the weekend.  Sorry.  I tried to get a few tonight, but you all know how well she sits still for pictures.  Her professional pictures next weekend should be interesting.  Here's all I got...

The girl cannot get enough of these little Disney books!
Helping Mommy with her Thirty-One orders!
I read a lot of blogs.  I have my select few that I read every day and seriously go through withdrawals when they don't post.  And then there are a lot of other ones that I read periodically when I have extra time.  Anyway, once in awhile I read blogs from other mom's who either stay at home with their children or wish they could stay home with their children.  They wish they could be home with their kids, but still make a little money.  I just feel like I have to share how much Thirty-One has changed my life just in these first couple months.  I get to work as much or as little as I want, make great money, meet new people and get out of the house once in awhile.  It has been such a blessing!  And hopefully at the end of May I will be able to share with all of you how I earned a FREE vacation for my family, just for doing what I love!  I would be happy to share more details with anyone or answer questions!  Feel free to email me at and we can chat.  Ask me anything!

The best part of my day today was getting home from my party and seeing the smile on Kyla's face and her speed crawling to me and screaming in excitement.  I miss her so much when I'm gone.  But the best part about Thirty-One (for me anyways) is to be able to have "me" time.  It makes coming home to her and Tyler so much sweeter!

What was the best part of YOUR day?  Or weekend?

  1. The best part of my day was seeing family today. Took a road trip to see my brother-in-law and his family. Then took a detour home to see my Kyla girl.

  2. For some reason the title of your post really made me laugh! :-)

So exciting that Thirty-one is going well! I've never been able to do that sort of thing. I'm pretty outgoing, but I get really nervous doing any sort of "sales" if I have to meet someone face to face lol. I think I was traumatized as a child selling campfire girl's candy :-P

Favorite part of my day was getting both my girls back home!
