Giveaway update & a little formula rant

I usually stick to name brand things.  There's just some things where the private label stuff is crap.  But I have to tell you, a few months ago I compared the Enfamil label to the Target Up & Up formula label, and was surprised to see that they were basically the same.  There are a couple very minor differences.

I decided to give the Target brand a try and see if Kyla did ok with the switch.  It didn't phase her one bit.  We have saved a lot of money!  Don't get me wrong, formula is crazy expensive, but I can't believe the difference between the name brand and private label.  A 23.4 oz Enfamil container at Target is about $25.  The Up & Up is 40 oz and is only $20.  Almost double the amount and $5 less.  Crazy!

Guess what came to my door step today?

My Thirty-One enrollment kit!  I was SO excited!  My first party is coming up soon so now I have some great products to show off!  I apologize that my blogging has been slacking this week.  Between traveling back and forth to be with my family and doing Thirty-One stuff, my blogging time has taken a hit.  I will soon figure out how to manage it all better.

My giveaway was supposed to end tomorrow at noon and I was going to announce the winner at 1:00 pm.  Unfortunately, I have to delay that.  My grandpa's funeral is at noon tomorrow and I won't be home until late tomorrow night sometime.  I decided to give you the weekend to enter.  The giveaway will now end Monday, October 10th at 10:00 am (central time) and I will announce the winner at 11:00 am.  I apologize for the delay.

If you haven't entered the giveaway yet, what are you waiting for?  Don't miss out on a chance to win a great bag in an adorable print!

My poor little baby has two more teeth coming in and wasn't feeling well today.  That will make 8 teeth total!  We went to my mom's and she never naps there so that didn't help.  She was so ready for bed tonight.  She usually is in bed and sleeping by 8:00, but tonight it was about 7:30.  We need to leave the house around 8:00 tomorrow morning to get to the visitation on time so I don't mind if she gets up early.   Which also means I need to get to bed!  I am dreading the sound of the alarm clock tomorrow morning.  Usually I just hear Tyler's and love that I can ignore it and wait for my own little precious alarm :)
